4. Terms of Service

Expanding Enterprises Inc. offers certification training programs. There is no guarantee of business success, and support varies based on community resources. Regarding the limits of the scope of services provided:

• We do not guarantee employment or income post-certification.
• Support availability may vary based on local resources.
• Certification does not equate to any professional license.
  

5. Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
If you register for any training and cancel, “no-show” or cannot participate in all of the training days, the fee for the training is non-refundable. However, you are welcome to attend and complete the missed session(s) of, or possibly repeat that training class for no additional fees (subject to availability) for the next 180 days (approximately six months). If, after 180 days you have not reached out to [email protected], we retain $200.00 as administrative costs and refund the remainder. If you are asked to leave a training, your payment is non-refundable. Some accommodation may be negotiated in such a situation via the trainer for differing observed circumstances, but the official answer is no refund whenever removal from a training is involved.

6. Cookies Policy

We do not actively gather information via cookies. If you register for training, we collect and secure your information. We do not sell your data without express permission. We reserve the right to terminate or block site access for any reason.
